The sidebar visible only without The Main menu

Hello friends.
How can I set up a Sidebar only when the Main menu is not visible, please? The Main menu without The Sidebar via The Hamburger menu. Or visible The hamburger menu for The Sidebar without The Main Menu. Not both. (I want to have The Sidebar active and don't turn it off for tablet/mobile dev.)

Hi
You can hide the off-canvas module position from template layout options.
Open Responsive layout and click on Eye icon to hide the module position in the large and medium display.

Last question....
Why when the screen resolution is less than 1855px The Main menu is on one line (red color on screen) and the right menu a little lower (green color on screen)? At higher resolutions, both menus are on one line.
Please, how I can fix it this? I don't know why I have it.... On Template Live demo are both menus OK.

Open this file "/tpls/blocks/header.php" in template "ja_insight".
Find this code

<nav id="t3-mainnav" class="col-xs-1 col-sm-1 col-md-9 col-lg-8 navbar navbar-default t3-mainnav">

Change col-lg-8 with col-lg-7
save and check.
