Hi I installed T3 Blank for Joomla 3.9 it works regularly. I installed the Italian and English language I selected as the Italian default, in fact when I open the default templates, like Protostar, in the "template: edit styles" panel the menu works in Italian while with t3 blank it remains in English. The links that I found for the translation do not lead to anything or are not active you can help me thanks Leone``

You should use two different template style for each language Menu item.
In each template style you can select a different Mega menu.
You can make duplicate template style from template manager > select a template > Duplicate.

If still there is any issue, kindly put the site on live server and submit the site credentials in Edit fields option in first post. I will check it on your site.
