Customize display URL

Is it possible to customize the URL being displayed?
I have a subdomain conference2017.maroons-jamaica.com that is redirected to maroons-jamaica.com.
When the site is launched "conference2017.maroons-jamaica.com" is displayed.
Is it possible to have "maroons-jamaica.com" or something like conference2018.
Please is this possible

You should post this question to your hosting provider , subdomains names and redirections are managed through hosting and not in template or joomla

i can see both websites at 2 different urls
