Unable to download a quickstart package

Hi, possibly a dull question, but I'm unable to download the quickstart package for the template I'm using (Gazetta). If I access the download page from the template page and I try to download the quickstart package, I'm asked to renew my plan. If I access the download page dedicated to the plan I have (JB Lifetime Legacy) I see links to download just templates, no quickstart packages.
Can I download it or it is excluded from my plan?

Ok, I managed to download the packaged instructed here:

JB Maps2 Module

If I install them and later I understand how to obtain the quickstart package, can I install over them?
Or once I take the "full manual" rout I'll have to proceed with it?

Quickstarts versions are no more available for lifetime users, but only template.zip file as you have already seen.

At this point you should only renew your membership to download latest release for it.

Thanks but it seems client doesn't like the look of Gazetta cause "it doesn't look like the old/actual website".
I think by best bet is trying to get that look using build.r or a similar universal template.

It seems that Buildr needs Zen Grid Framework Ajax Plugin, but I'm unable to find it in the download section.
Is it included in some other download?

It is part of Zen Grid download , it is not available as separate download.
