S5 Design Control - 1 broken link on all pages: desktop version

Siteliner has pointed out that I have 1 broken link on all my pages. Seems to have something to do with the desktop-version-button that I do not use (not visible on site):

/?s5_responsive_switch_swwwneutratestcom=0
Error - No response

How to fix so I'm not penalized for it? I have attached a screen shot of Siteliner's conclusion.

It's the link to switch between mobile/desktop version at the bottom of site: http://prntscr.com/ns7kmz

And it's declared via this file: /templates/design_control/vertex/responsive/responsive_mobile_bottom_bar.php

Thank you for your reply, sorry to respond so late (did not get any notice of your reply)!
Should I just delete that line or outcomment it with # ?? Sorry, don't know the first thing about coding as your can probably tell ...

Annepal Hi. Actually both options will work, but please remember whatever You'll choose make sure to keep a copy of this file with this change. Updating vortex will result in overwriting it.
