1) Edit your Home menu item and in Options tab you will find the text

2) Add new categories in content and then create new menu items in Listing

Add language overrides for these 2 strings

Go to Extensions -> Languages -> Override -> New -> select your site language

TPL_FILTER_SEARCH
TPL_PLACEHOLDER_SEARCH
