Uber has multiple layout with same type of Module, In the demo the screenshot is taken from the Medicare theme and on your site you are using Uber home. So there is no style work from the medicare theme.
If you want similar style from the Medicare theme, I suggest you to assign medicare layout to home menu.
and it will automatically pick the style.
