In JA Sugite, how do I change the circle "S" to a different letter?

Its the logo of the template. You can open template style JA Sugite > Theme > change the logo with your own logo image and save.
If you have multiple template styles. kindly change the logo for all the template styles.

You can add either Logo image or logo text only.
You can add the slogan and show it by adding this code in custom.css file

.logo-image span, .logo-image small {
    display: block;
    color: #fff!important;
}

change the color code as per needs.
