Hi, trying to setup extras.

Checkout form (step 2 - customer and payment details):

1/ Description of extras is not visible in checkout when point cursor to an asterix, but name of extras

You are using an out of date Joomla template, please make sure that you disable all out of date template overrides and try again.

You should also contact your template developer and ask them to update their out of date template so that it can be compatible with latest Solidres versions.

Hi Tom,

I'm not familiar with native language on your site, could you clarify detailed steps to replicate the same issue?

And try to switch default template to a Standard template of Joomla like protostar and see how it goes. If it works fine, then there is something wrong with our template.
