News Show Pro GK5 - menu assignment don't work

I want the slide show appear only on my homepage, but if you click one article of the slide show, the slide show doesn't disappear, and to read the article clicked, you must scroll to the end of page. After the click on the article, the slide show must disappear. how can i resolve?

Hi,

Make sure that the article (or category that article belongs to) you click on the slideshow is being assigned to a menu item. If not, try to create a new menu item (or use an existing one) and make the assignment.

Hi,

The problem is that you already had a menu item called 'News' which shows articles from 'News' category. But in the settings of 'Home' menu item, you also select to load articles from the same category so when you click to open article, it will open under Home menu item. I assign another category for the Home menu item and it's working now.
