Problem with missing Alt Text of thumbnails with NSP GK5

Hi, I have a problem with the alt text of thumbnails. The GK5 doesn't take the alt info from the real image.
I have search all your old discautions and i can't find any sollution...
Please can you give me any idea how to fix it?

Where did you add the alt text for each image? Kindly share the credentials of your site so I can take a look.

saguaros I think that the Alt suppose to be taken automaticaly from the image of the article. In the same site i have GK4 and is working correctly with the thumbnails.

How can you check it? i mean you need credentials of Joomla back end?

jrousis Hi. Alt text is only possible to extract from intro and full images. If image is being placed in content than it's hard to tell since such information can be placed in many formats. Please move Your images to full or intro image section.

But with the GK4 this function was working, so i guess that in GK5 the way of thumbnails attributes have change?

When i try to put images as "intro" and "full" and i remove the free image from article, then the GK5 not display thumbnail image...
Should i change any option for this?

When you set images as "intro" or "full", you need to check the GK5 module settings also to make sure that you set the thumbnail image: http://prntscr.com/nu8a0d

So this means that the GK5 works only this way?

jrousis Hi. Yes. GK5 has many more features that GK4 had and unfortunately to maintain all of them this particular option had to be removed.
