How can I activate the captcha engine on my website. I am using the JA quick form contact. It seems to not be available as an option.

JA Quick contact is Premium extension ,you must have an active membership to get support and downloads for this module.

I purchased the JA Multicaptcha engine and activated the module on my website. But it is still not working on my JA quick contact module. I am getting disturbed by bots which are spaming my website. Here is the address : https://edgeiptechno.com/

Can you submit the site super user login in Edit fields information for staff.
Also, the link you shared is using JA Onepage template, your subscription show you have no access to download this template.
Kindly make sure you are using latest version of template and its a valid template package.

Thank you for your reply. I went last week into a lots of troubles with some hackers using bots to put my website off by the contact form. I end up desactivating the contact form.

Concerning the Joomla version that I am using, I did not update because I got some modules that were not working anymore with some updates. So I keep using this version that you can see.

If the module is not working, it can be issue of outdated template as well. as i can see you do not have the JA template membership, but you are using JA Onepage template that is not for free.
I suggest you to update template with a valid membership Or make a test of the Quick contact form on default Joomla template to see its working or not.
Correct the login details as well.

My membership is expired probably because I am pretty sure to have purchase it.
I thought that I had the lasted Ja Onepage but apparently not. So I guess I need to purchase it again.

The access that I gave you is working now. You can log to check with the same credentials. But please put these comments in private because I do not want somebody else to get them.

I checked the module with default Joomla template and its working.
Kindly update the template to latest version and check.
