Contact form in JA Directory

hi i have a question about ja director... once you search and found what you want for example a doctor.... once you are in his page.. you dont have a contact form? i have look another clasifieds/directory websites and all of them have a contact form. ja directory have a contact form? and if not how can i add a contact form to each item created?

Ja_Directory has a contact form as all our templates, you can look at it HERE

Regarding the form availability in each page you need to explain in which way you want it showed, it has to be a side module? or the article should have inside it at the end a contact form?

when you access to an item you see all his info and has a personal contact form "see screenshot" so you can contact him.. so my question is..
ja directory have a contact form in every item/page created? and if not how can i add a contact form to each item created?

It is a simple contact module and you can use also our JA_Quickcontact module publishing it in the sidebar position and assigning it to all menu items where you want it published.
