my company uses Quickbooks merchant services to receive payments. It looks like something has changed in one of the recent updates under the payment plugin. I am only required to put in an ID and Key on the Quicken tab, I have done that, but this is not connecting to quicken to process payments.

    Hi,

We've recently release new version 4.2.0 for DT Register, you can take a backup of your site and install this latest version first.

    Regards

Will do this tonight. (its 11:00 am my local).

    7 days later

I have updated dtregister to 4.2.0, and I have verified everything is good with my quicken account. Still receive the error. I have a test event out there for you to try on. I put my current event on Offline Payment, but it is not saving the credit card information anywhere that I can see? I am needing this resolved cause this weekend I will start an advertising campaign for the event.

    Thank you,

      Hi,

I don't see the Offline option for Pay options in backend of DT Register, there is 'Paylater' only. How you enable that option?

weird, used to be an option. Obviously not anymore. It would not meet the current standards for CC security anyway.

I will change it to pay later and call the few people who have registered. I really want the quickbooks option to work as it was a huge time saver last year.

        Hi,

I realised that the Offline option was removed due to the PCI compliance.

For the Quickbook, could you clarify the issue in more details so I can check?

When the credit card information is entered and submitted (Pay Now) selected, the page tries to send information. The screen shows "Waiting for appcenter.intuit.com" at the bottom of the page, and then there is an error message "Were sorry, we are experiencing some problems. Please try again later", this error is from the appcenter page. The URL of the error is below.

        https://appcenter.intuit.com/connect/oauth2?client_id=123146050993479&scope=com.intuit.quickbooks.payment&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fheatevt.com%2Findex.php%3Fjpp%3Dinternal_redirect&response_type=code&state=CUVYW

I still have a test event up on the site if you want to look at it yourself. It's a bargin at $1.00 🙂

          Hi,

Could you check the FTP account again? it seems not working now.

I will share with our dev for further checking on this.

          Updated:

We made a test with our sandbox account (you can see JoomlArt pay option in backend) and it worked properly. Maybe something wrong with your own account. Could you check again?

Created a new app for connection and tried again a few minutes ago. Still getting the error message.

I will try a sandbox version tomorrow to see if it throws the same error or not.

Just a thought after a nights rest. What style of app in quicken to I need for this to work? There are lots of options and I would hate to think this is simply a case of the wrong protocol.

cageman . App to integrate payment is "Just start coding" . Then Select APi "Payments" . Thanks

Thank you for the response, so does this module only work with quickbooks online accounts now? We use desktop and Quickbook Merchant Services. To be honest, QB online is just to expensive for our needs.

cageman "so does this module only work with quickbooks online accounts now?" : YES

              5 months later
