T3 ignores selected overrides after update from joomla 3.8.13

Hi Pavit,
A good example of ignored override is the Special Interest Groups (SIGs)section.
If you go to a sig article you will see at the top, the page heading is missing from the large green band.
In our T3 config we have selected s11-sig-content-left(local) and s11-sig-content-left(local) for the sub.
If you look at source code, the layout being rendered has "cila-default cila-content-left(local)" as the classes with t3-wrapper. This layout being used is the s11-content-left(local) layout which is associated with the default template for the site.

I checked but still see the page heading as screenshot in my last reply.

In this case, share us the ftp account and screenshot highlighting the part you're mentioning. I will check for you.

If it will help you work out what the issue is but I need a written assurance that you have deleted it once complete. I am data controller for this site for GDPR and I need this assurance.

I don't understand how this can't be replicated, I have another site that is doing exactly the same thing.

You can clearly see, as I have explained that the correct templates are not being loaded by the classes that are available in the rendered pages. Please review what I have explained. I have been clear and calm and been careful to be accurate.

Maybe in this discussion someone has forgotten we are talking of a free extension and one of the two interlocutors is receiving support for free, while the other is providing a kind and non-sarcastic support, so one of the two should not remarks the fact that he is calm because the other interlocutor is already doing what is supposed to do as per this forum peculiarity, being kind and professional when providing answers to all customers.

So please continue to be calm and not sarcastic in your answers.

I would however also like to point out in return that I am actually trying to help you fix this product. I am spending a lot of time trying to do that. I ask you in turn to be respectful of that. I wasn't in any way attempting sarcasm, I think you misunderstand the point I was making.

At this point we don't even have an agreement that there is an issue. It would be nice just to get that stage.

As best as I can define it in words:
The page is being rendering with the default local layout regardless of what I configure in the menu/assignments for that page. This issue ONLY arose after update from 3.8.13 to 3.9.

I have two clients with the exact same issue. The effect on my other clients page is more severe, home page layout breaks completely.

Firstly, from your screenshot, you're using a custom layout 'Artic'es - Accordion layout', by default, Purity III template or T3 Blank template don't have this custom layout.

As I mentioned before, we can't control what you customize, share me the ftp account so we can check and help you out.

saguaros I have already provided you the whole site as a backup for use locally. I cannot give you FTP. You have your own copy.
I'm not asking you to control what I customise but I have followed the process by which you support customisation and after upgrading to 3.9 this process breaks.

Accordion layout loaded through menu item. Are you saying this is what is broken? I have follwed the Joomla process for creating a new menu item. Surely this gets loaded after the Joomlart template should build the page layout from the layout files?

Also this issue happens as mentioned on another client on an un-customised home page. i.e. default article.

@saguaros The current dev site dev.thissite.co.uk is working by the way. it is joomla 3.8.13. The live site we have looked at is 3.9.*

I have tried with just a standard Joomla blog layout for Category. I still get the same issue.

Wrong !

That is the wrong class for that layout. That layout should have "sig-content-left" class NOT default class.

EDIT:
You can see it works in the layout admin console but it is not using that layout to render the page. It is using the default layout for the site.
