EB 5.3 is still in beta, the stable version is not ready yet. Once it's released the team will have plan to update for our templates.

The new version of template was released yesterday for ES compatibility, pls check it out.

Remember to backup your site before updating.

thank you for the update, this looks much better now. Just one question about event view. I am missing the "show past events" and sorting options, as you can see in screenshot of an other template. It used to be there with JA Intranet too. Can you please have a look?

now i tried this update on a local intranet test and got following errors, when going to EasySocial Events:

Warning: Illegal string offset 'past' in …/templates/ja_intranet/html/com_easysocial/events/default/wrapper.php on line 131

Notice: Undefined index: created in …/templates/ja_intranet/html/com_easysocial/events/default/wrapper.php on line 135

This is strange, as i did not have these errors on this "public" testsite. Do you have an idea, what could be the reason?

After some investigations i can tell you, these errors only appear with joomla reporting on maximum level. So it may not have priority, but please keep this in mind. You can see these errors now on my testsite in menu "Veranstaltungen" from this post.

But for second, if i go to the events, it does not show me the "show past events" or sorting options, that were used to show before. Please can you have look at this?

Actually, these notice messages will not affection functions of your site, you can turn off the error reporting.

Did it show with default Joomla template like Protostar?

edv-support Hi. In such case this problem is most likely because of server configuration. I would suggest simply change the error showing level to None in global joomla configuration. If this will not help You may also need to make this change in php.ini
