Hello, the EZ Form Calculator plugin does not work with the Shape5 Business Line Wordpress theme. I must have this plugin working with this theme. Most of the functions work, however; the conditional functions do not. It just displays all fields. Plugin works fine with another theme. Please advise. Thank you!
