I need to activate cookies plugin and GDPR but It's impossible.
With GDPR extension I haven't cookies alert, so I've installed a new modul -> cookies accept, but the problem persists.
Maybe I have a problem with popups? code? I don't know. Can you help me?

At the moment I don't see the Joomlart GDPR extension enabled but instead a extension of the same name but from a different provider (as all the JA plugins / component are disabled)

Yes, because no works. I've activated another one at the moment until you solve it.
Now, I've deactivated this one and I've activated the necessary JA plugins / component.

Does each extension work if the other is disabled?
At the moment it sounds like a js conflict but we would need to see the error

Are you able to switch off the current extension and enable the JA extension so we can see the problem?
or can we switch off the extension, test it and add any errors you see from the browser console?

I'm conscious the site is live so don't want to cause any potential problems with any client

I've activated the other extension because I need cookie policy working, and for now it's impossible.
I have the same web duplicated for tests in other hosting.
These is here: https://www.nuriallort.com/cmiberica. It has JA GDPR installed & activated.
User & pasword is the same that other.
Please, can you active the component JA GDPR in this website?
