JA Builder use the same method like Joomla default use to create multi language site. You need to create different language menu items for that and create different language content for each menu item.

for each New page you can assign a new language and Language switcher module helps you to switch the languages.

Basically, it will depend on your setup for menu items on your site, you can create page for each language, assign to associated menu item of each language.

You can follow up the guide that pavit sent above to create menu items for each language first.

What will happen to the future if I first make the page in one language and then duplicate the whole project and translate it into Spanish?

Each language page has different content in that particular language. If your site is in English and you want to add the spanish language, you need to follow the same procedure that Joomla offer to make multilanguage site.

If your question is different, kindly provide what you mean by duplicate whole project English to spanish.
