JA Builder - Contact Page Indirectly Not Functioning

Having serious bug issues with the contact page built in JA Building for;
https://landmarkrestorations.com/contact

When you click on edit within builder it takes you to a different page then the original one created. Afraid to update as if I do it may place the incorrect contact page onto our website.

May I know how you created this contact page? is the current site migrated from another site or this is original one?

Because, JA Builder page will not work well with normal migration or when you move site from one to another. You will need to export that page from original site and import to destination site.

Created directly on this particular site..
The reason we are seeing the other is because I was testing something from a template on another site..
Unfortunately, test failed.
