I would think that adding a new photo album to a public page would create items in the activity stream, but it does not.
This page just had a new album added:

But this album does not show up anywhere in the steam:

Why? This is really important!

So looking into the Pages function further, it looks like all pages are private by default and there is no way to make them public. This should really be an option.

      Hi
When you add a new page on site, it will give option to set it private, by default its not private, You can create a new page and check this.

The box for "This is a closed page" is not checked, is this what you are referring to?:

Yes, Further if your public group activity is not showing to member, you can give me example and steps to replicate it, as if photo is added from main stream box it will show on the stream items.

But the photos were not added via the main stream box, they were added on the left under "Photo Albums", then creating a new album using the blue "Upload Photos" button:

I want any logged in user to be able to access the page, post albums, videos, etc., and have it show up in the main activity stream.

try to disable LiteSpeed Cache Plugin and clear the cache from joomla backend.

                Regards

I found the issue... in the JS admin 'Configuration > Site > Walls' the setting for 'Only Members can Write in Pages' was set to Yes by default, so I switched it to No:
