how I can solve this?

It looks issue in your install Joomla version. I noticed similar issue on Joomla forum here You can follow the suggestion on this thread or open a new thread on Joomla forum if this not work.

I updated the version of joomla and it was not solved, I opened a ticket in the joomla forum for 7 days, but no answer ..

You can try the suugestion i shared , You admin details not working it looks like your Joomla is still older.
Make sure you posted the issue on correct category as i shared the thread for same topic, you can see that replied too.
