is there any instruction regarding the template installation? i am using localhost to install the temp package ,but there shows like this pic , please help with that !

It looks like you're using PHP 7 for your localhost, while this template is ready for J2.5 only, you can try switching PHP version in your localhost to PHP5, it will work fine then.

i am using wamp 2.4 to install the package ,still not working . is there any other option to install political temp for joomla3.9 ? maybe i can pay for the technical support .
Kindly check my above reply, it relates to PHP version, it looks like you're using PHP 7, try to switch to PHP 5 via Wamp on your local server. It will work fine then.
