To be honest I've not seen many if any sites with this good a score

I can see however what you mean regarding time

Have you talked to the host regarding "Time To First Byte"?

They might depending on how good they are as a host offer some options for you

I'd say you are the point in time where cdn, server upgrade or maybe a new host would improve the score

I'd also say you are in lots of time to make changes for a modest gain area
