language links disappear when upgrade joomla version

all this is because we have to make a change of hosting and I would like to have the latest version of joomla, extensions and PHP.
Currently the web is hosted here:

And I do an upgrade test on my hosting:

All depends what extensions are those. Can You please list some? Have You contacted its developers to check if it can run with newest joomla?
Those are warnings which has no effect on site's functionality. Please simply disable showing errors in global joomla configuration for server.

I already fix the links of the languages. It had changed in the wrong file. 😉
I just want to know what happens with the upgrades that I could not do.

Hi,

For JA Products, pls use JA Extensions Manager component -- free extension to upgrade, default Joomla update is for free Joomla extensions only.

Yes upgrade is Good. In each new version there are new features,improvements and bug fixes.
We announce the new release updates with details changelog on our blog post and via Newsletters.
If you applied in custom change in template or extensions core files, I suggest you to take a backup of them, updates will override the custom changes.
