Why does DTReg Email Registrants strip formating after saving? Happens with templates as well?

May I know which version of DT Reg are you using?

Kindly share the credentials of your site and tell me the correct format it should be so I can replicate this issue.

You can put anything into the email. Every paragraph breaks are stripped and everything runs together. Try putting a bold and it goes away. Cannot insert images either.

It looks like you're using old version of DT Register, could you take a full backup of your site and install latest version of DT Register (component and JA Payment Gateway plugin)?

NO, every time I do an upgrade to your solution it fails and causes more problems. This version is working for the live site and should have have to update all the time. Please provide a fix to current solution. The newer versions payment workflows are terrible. Sorry to be blunt but in the last year updating has caused me nothing but loss in business.
