DTH 4.2.1 - Birthdate not visible and pay later dont work

After upgrading to 4.2.1, Birthdate is no longer visible (visible when doing CSV export), and checkout with pay later option, dont work at all. So nobody can register to an event on the site right now.

Could you share the correct URL to access backend of your site? so we can have a closer look at the settings and see what's wrong here.

If your host limits access, you can whitelist our IP addresses here: 113.190.254.239 / 118.70.176.221
