JA Alumni - Masthead slides over top of the Navbar and logo

Hi,

When scrolling down, the mashead slide covers the top of the navbar. See screen shots:

before scrolling ( logo and menu are not covered by masthead)

Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening?

I checked it in Google chrome and there is no issue http://prntscr.com/o681z8
on scroll it overlap the masthead and sticky on the top.
Can u share the strep to replicate this issue on your site?
