False Update Notices in Joomla Extension Update

I have an annoying issue for a while now. The Joomla Extension Updates shows that there are JA updates available but they are already installed. So it is giving false update notices. Would be nice if this could get fixed because it is confusing my clients a lot.

Try with this method

Go te extensions -> Manage -> Manage -> Select all extensions and click on the refresh cache button

Then go to Extensions -> Manage -> Updates and click on the clear cache button.
