first you have to configure the JAEM with your JA Account username password and them you can compare/update the Joomlart templates and extensions.
Follow the instruction given here: https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps
If any error found , kindly share screenshot of the error and submit a temp super user login details for staff in Edit fields options.

Ohh, I am an old rider. It is configured of course.
As the problem occurs any of my JA related site on different servers i think that the bogeyman is on your side!

if this not work, I need your JA Account login password to check this issue further, you can submit this in edit fields first post as well.

Apparently you didn't choose Service Manager > JoomlArt Updates as default service at your site which caused the problem.
It should be fine now that it's corrected.

When I checked your site I didn't get the error in your screenshot.
For example T3 framework in your screenshot shows version 2.7.3 but when I checked it's version 2.7.4 .

And when I checked the installed extensions I didn't see JA Megafilter either.

I wrote about a dozen JA install and just checked an other one wher is also hectic the JAEM update

Do you mean that the recent screenshots you provided were from a different website than the one you mentioned in OP? If you have multiple sites then please update OP with the URL so we can check them all.

Our dev team found a problem with JA ACM update using JAEM at your site and we'll notify you when this is fixed. If you need JA ACM update urgently then you can download the latest JA ACM version and install it manually.
