JA K2 Filter does not display

Hello,
after updating my site with JA K2 Filter Package version 1.3.3. the filter module is no longer displayed on my homepage. Only the module title is visible. I have reverted back now to version 1.3.2 and everything works again. Is there a known bug in 1.3.3?

It should work fine, do you have a test site that I can replicate the same issue? and share me the credentials of that site, I will check what's wrong here.

Hi saguaros, no I do not have a test site it is happening on the live site. But good to know that there is no known bug. If I can not get it solved I may create a test site for debugging.

I would be happy if you could check the problem. I updated my first post with user credentials. Attached is an image that shows how the right sidebar on the homepage named 'Trainer Finder' looked before the update. Thank you.

This is the live site not a test site.

Hi,
thank you. This update almost solves the issue. The filter module is now showing again on the hompage. The only problem that happens now is that I get a warning message when I perfom a search like this one:

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/templates/gantry/html/com_k2/k2 template/category.php on line 264

Do you have a solution for that?

As you can see in the warning message, it comes from the override of Gantry template in K2 component, you need to contact provider of this template to ask them update their template.

But why does it happen NOW with the update and did not happen with version 1.3.2?

I guess it shows up when I enabled the error reporting to detect above issue. You can hide this warning by going to Backend > Global Configuration > Server tab > set Error Reporting to None.

But the best way is telling the template provider to update its code to make it compatible with current PHP version you're using on your site.
