Chrome appearance, "Our Services" articles category module

If you look at the site in Chrome, the "Our Services" category module does not create an inset look as it does in Firefox or on the JoomlArt documentation for JA Decor.
In the "Our Services" category blog module, there is an option called "Mode" under the Module tab. I have it set on "Normal". There is an option called "Dynamic". On the "backend features" pdf in the documentation, it shows that the "Dynamic Mode" options have "Show on article page" or "Hide". I would like the module to not show on the article page when people click an item but just to show that article. I thought perhaps that would be a way to do that. However, if you pick "Dynamic Mode", it no longer uses the category selected under the "Filtering Options" tab and instead shows the sample data.
Related to this, the links to the articles are shown like http://www.ursaweb.com/umcnew/?view=article&id=120:content-and-collaboration&catid=10 and with the new router on, I would like them to be the same as on the menu, e.g., http://www.ursaweb.com/umcnew/content-and-collaboration. Is that possible?

Thanks for any assistance! I am actively working on this so things may change. I should add that I have put a couple of minor overrides in: (1) to change the introtext in triangle.php using n12br to not flow lists together into paragraphs, and (2) to remove default images from blog_item.php. Otherwise I am using custom.css.

I experienced some odd things and so have reloaded Joomla and run ACL manager which found nothing so I think the Joomla should be clean.

Hi,

By default, when you click to open articles inside this module, it will redirect to the menu item of page that article belongs to. Did you customize link of item in this module?

If not, this article may not be assigned to any menu item now, you can create a new menu item > assign this article to that menu item. It will work fine.

Any ideas on why it looks wrong in Chrome?

Could you share screenshot highlighting the difference here? I tried to open your site with Chrome / Firefox / Safari but it looks the same.
