news2 1064 error

Hello I bought the gavickpro news2 template and installed it with the QuickStart package. It keeps coming up with the error 1064 and it says you have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds with MySQL server version for the right syntax to use use near ' ORDER BY content.created DESC at line 25. It says that it appears to page does not exist

Hi,

GK News 2 is one of our commercial template, however, I can't find the associated active membership for GK templates under your profile. Pls sign up the membership to have legal usage and get support as well.

Thank you for your response if you looked at my profile you see where I did have a membership for the gavick Pro templates along with Joomla templates. I have not renewed that part yet although I did renew the extension package from Joomla. The problem I have had is that even when I had the membership it never really installed properly. And as I try to work with it now nothing seems to be working the way it is supposed to. My Joomla extensions aren't working with it either!

blal1ja Hi. This error is most probably being generated by News Show Pro GK5 module. To confirm that please unpublish it and check if error is still showing. If it is this module than please check if all the settings are selected. It may be a missing order value or lack of selected articles/categories do show from.
