Add to Basket Button not showed for productvariants

For products with variants, the "Add to Basket" button will not be displayed even after selecting a variant. However, if the page is refreshed with F5, the button will appear.

I've already disabled the override on the product detail page, but the behavior remains the same with the default.

If I use the protostar template it works.

The behavior was not always like this. The whole thing has worked before. Therefore, I am quite at a loss and happy for any help.

It seems that your host limits access from my place to the administrator area, could you whitelist my IP addresses here? 113.190.254.239 / 118.70.176.221

And share the ftp account also.

You should be able to access the back end now.

User-ID and PW for ftp are the same as for the Joomla! backend.

I tried to assign default Joomla template to that menu item but it looks the same with our template

Id did the same (assigned protostar template to bernette products).

If you choose: bernette / bernette 33 it looks like this:

After selecting a variant the Add to Basket buttons appears:

So I think its a problem with the JA Megastore template.

I let the assignement for the bernet products to protostar so you can test it again.

mawe Hi. To be 100% sure please disable VM override from our template. To do it please simply in ftp (or file manager) go to /html folder and rename /com_virtuemart to 0com_virtuemart and check again.

Finaly I figuret out, a JavaSript function (for the Google Tag Manager), added by a SEO company in the before </head> section caused the problem.

So we can close this ticket.
