CSS Header and date of change

Friends checked the CSS and I did not find the css call to change the color of the head, I want to add the image in the background.

Another CSS I did not find was the update date, I wanted to add a solid color bachgroud in it.

1) In /templates/ja_good/local/css/themes/red-ivt1/template.css line 6663

2) Add to custom.css

dd.modified {
background:#yourcolor;
}

I added allteration in custom.css and ran only colors, when I add an image as bg does not load.

I changed in the css inside the template as in the link that sent and also did not work.

What tip to solve this?

    background: transparent url('../images/bg-black.png') 0 0 no-repeat;
}
