how I can hide menu on the right in large screen?
and how I can add a spot module at top page?

@media only screen and (min-width:1024px) {
.site-navigation-right { display: none; }
}

For new module You may use one of available module positions. You can choose from positions visible in layout section in template's settings.

If I add acm module spot in header logo and menu disappear

I can see the Main menu item with Logo.
Can you add a screenshot and illustrate your changes inside it, as its not clear what exactly you want to achieve.

in 1 you can see the normal site, in 2 you can see the site if I publish spot module

Kindly check it now, I added a new ACM Header module on acm-header module position.
When you publish a module on acm-header position it replace the default header part
this is why it was not showing the Menu and logo.
