I have disabled "Use ReCaptcha for Registration" from the VM config for now, because the website is live. You can enable it for your test, but please don't forget to disable it after you are done.

Could you clarify the detailed steps to replicate this issue?

I tried to enable captcha and set Protostar as default template on your site but the registration page looks the same in both templates.

Did you try to enable captcha recaptcha from Joomla's global configuration. I disable it, because the site is live and when it's enabled, nobody can signup, as I pointed out in my initial post:

I created a new menu item type of registration form called 'Registration' under User menu on your site, enable Captcha > assign this menu item to Protostar template (a standard template of Joomla) but the same issue happens: https://prnt.sc/ose3ls

Kindly check your captcha key again or disable any 3rd party extension on your site which may cause conflict.

So, now that the captcha works, I added it in VM, however I still don't see the captcha in the VM's registration. Please check my video: https://i-seo.tinytake.com/tt/MzcwMzQ0M18xMTI1Njc0Ng
Also, it takes you to a different screen show the error message. Couldn't it show the message in the same page like the rest of mandatory fields?

Could you share the URL of that page (in the video)? as I can see the current registration page has captcha displaying now: https://evobees.com/registration

Please enable it to perform your test, but disable it before you go, unless you fix the issue.

And yes, I switched to Protostar template when this "Use ReCaptchar for Registration" is enabled but it doesn't show in default Joomla template either.

Could you check the same?
