Sidebar display in the bottom of the page(position 
instead of left side(position A). Please have a look at the following screenshot.

Hi
You have to create a menu item for each category. Like for birdy category i published the birdy menu item again.
Now the product under this category will open under this menu.
This is correct view http://prntscr.com/oag5lm

You will see the menu item is still on the bottom position.
