Hello, we are running Joomlart Pro and would like to intergrate Drift.com to our site as the chat bot supports Slack on the backend. I am having a hard time finding any documentation on how I might add the script needed to add the chat bot from Drift.

In JA Builder you can add external script via JA Builder template. Open template manager > custom code and add the script code in head section.
About the chat working, you may need to check it with Drift team how it works on Joomla sites.
JA Builder works same like any Joomla template to add external script code.

The 'Custome Code' tab is missing. Can you please post a screenshot of where this is located?
