Unable to update the JA Sugite template

Template installed but it did not update my current template and just added as an additional template. Also tried to update through JoomlArt Extensions Manager but follwoing message comes up "Sorry, no version uploaded in Repository " eventhoug I uploaded it .
Please help to fix this problem.
