Page redirects incorrectly

Hi!
I am getting this error message on one of my clients sites. "Error the page redirects incorrectly". I have tried out some different things to fix it but nothing seems to work. What can be wrong. The website works if I change to a different template and it also works when I upload the Box template ones again, but only for about an hour then the error message returns.

olajo Hi. Template does not affect url in any way. This problem is most likely because of some additional plugin or a wrong menu structure. Can you please provide an access to joomla panel so I'll be able to take a look at it?

olajo Hi. Thank You. I can see You are not using Virtuemart, but You still have lots of VM modules active. This may be a cause of this problem. Please let me know if I can remove them?

olajo Hi. This doesn't helped I'm afraid. Please provide an access to FTP. I will have to check if there are no unwanted code in template's files.

Are you working on your site? I can't access with provided admin account any more, could you check again?

Hi! Ok have added you again. For the moment the site works but it will soon have the same error message again. Because everytime I install the template it works for about an hour. Maybe I just should reinstall a earlier backup of my clients site with a new database.
