504 error when adding multiple courses on GURU LMS

We are using GURU as LMS in our joomla website. When we host 5 courses, it was working fine. As, we add 30 more courses yesterday in GURU and it will give us 504 time out error.

Now my question :
1. Is there any limit of adding the courses ?
2. We are reusing the media library files around 60 times. Topics are same, only course names are different. Our videos are hosted on vimeo.com and we call it from media library and put the links in the table of content in guru in each course. Does we do anything wrong here?
