Could you temporarily disable it and see how it goes?

As suggested by @saguaros also, I could still see several js errors which are coming through 3rd party extensions as such errors arent seen in demo site quickstart package in default stage. Ref: Screenshot

Try disable 3rd party extensions jointly and severely and then, you may clear your browser cache to see how it goes

I don't think I ever managed to log in at the moment there are two problems

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I now saw on that screenshot which third party extensions you ment and deactiveted it aswell.

Still search won't work.
(Maybe you can tell me how to see that js error, I can't follow you to reproduce it. )

Concerning the login I see and get informations about the successfull logins.

When exactly do you get 404?

The js errors are still shown which explicitly means that specific 3rd party extensions are still enabled. Ref: Screenshot 1 wherein, there is no such js error shown with demo site. Ref: Screenshot 2

You will require to disable specific extensions to troubleshoot

So, i reconfigured the security and firewall and I hope you can login now. Even though as I mentioned I got reports about successfull logins and that wasn't me 🙂

You can download and install Firefox Quantum: Developer Edition which has in-built debugging tool - web developer through which you can click on console to see the relative errors

I spoke to another expert. He told me that there is no chance to find this error. Since I tried to deactivate every single third party extension and I don't know where the error comes from I will deactivate the search. Thank you for your help anyway.

I can see the login screen now previous times I couldn't
