Hello, I tried to update the module, but it gave an error. I went straight into Downsloads, but I was prevented from downloading the module. How to proceed?

You can use the ja extension manager component to update it.

scarlaiene Hi I tested JA+GK account to update ACM and there is no issue. It look like the account you are using in JAEM does not have any membership, Or you are not logged in. Kindly configure it correctly as mentioned here : https://www.joomlart.com/update-steps If still there is any issue, Kindly Edit fields in first post and submit a temp super user login for staff. I will check it on your site.
