Module in menu item is not displayed

Hello team,

I am using JA Social II template and I have a menu Store Menu under which there is a menu item Products. I have installed a third party module cf filtering which is setup to been displayed in sidebar-1 position but it is not displayed at all. If I choose another module to been displayed there same it is not displayed.

I have tested the same with another template (protostar template) and module is displayed as well.

Kindly help me to find a solution to my problem

JA Social II is one of our commercial template while I don't see active membership under your profile, pls signup or renew to get support & update for template.

I just paid 89 $ for membership JA Pro, if I require another membership please send my money back and guide my which membership I need in order to solve my issue

Hi,

The module was already showing on that page, the problem comes from the custom CSS code you added via 'custom.css' file in this template. I just commented it out so this module can display.

You can see this code in line 43 in the file: /templates/ja_social_ii/css/custom.css
