Light with Blue Elements

Thank you Pavit .. if possible i want to turn all the elements that are in RED in the "Light Theme" to BLUE as in the Dark Theme Blue.. I'm Posting a screenshot .. I'm sorry for my bad english.. I hope you can understand it and thank you anyway for reply.
