Can you use "Profiles" in from Joomla administrator to access FTP.
Unfortunately I can't give access ftp.

      Hi,

      It's hard to debug via Profiles as if there is something wrong, we often can't access site again so it'll be safe to edit files via ftp. You can share ftp account via email: sales@joomlart.com (Remember to include URL of this thread in the email)
