How to back up a JA Builder site for moving to new server?

Hi Folks,
Ive been struggling for months with my 3 JA Builder websites being hacked by a Base64 inject. This is caused by my shared server, and not JA builder.
What I'd like to do is take a database backup from Joomla, then reinstall from scratch on a new server.
Is there anyway I can back-up my designs that I have made in JA Builder for each site to save me remaking all of the sites from scratch?

Hi classixuk

You can backup your website using akeeba backup which will take a full website backup, files and database and then reinstall later on any other domain.

pavit Thank you. I've since been advised that it would be safer for me to delete all the files on the server, then install a fresh Joomla with components into a temporary database, then change the configuration file to point back to the old database.
My question is, if I do this, will site builder remember all my layouts etc. for the templates?

With this way, you should consider to move this folder '[root]/media/jub' from old site to the new site.

If you use Akeeba backup and there is any issue, you can share us the backup file, we will try to restore at our local and detect the issue for you.

Hi Pavit,
Just a follow up. I tried this on one of the sites, and although the layout was more or less fine, the CSS was slightly off.
So what I did was upload the contents of the templates/ja_builder/CSS files from my old installation, but still the CSS doesn't seem right.
Is there another file I should copy?
