In Internet Explorer, the Group Registration page appears to be showing multiple instances of the form based on the Minimum Group Size setting for the event.

This is not a problem in Chrome. Unfortunately, some of my clients still use Internet Explorer by necessity because they are government employees and are not permitted to use other browsers.

As a workaround, I've set Minimum Group Size to 1, but this should not have to be the case when it's necessary to have a minimum group size greater than 1.

Thank you,
Ernie

Customer is reporting that the "Add Member" button is not working at all in IE. No name is being added to the left, and the "Complete Group" button is not appearing at all - I tested this and was able to duplicate it in IE.

Another problem is that the "Complete Group" button (for other browsers) is still on the left where people cannot see it. It really needs to be next to the "Add Member" button.

I've installed 4.2.2 (and now 4.2.3) on a site with an active event, and they're getting TONS of complaints that they can't register.

...Just when I thought I could finally upgrade websites from DT Register 4.0.9, I've got to hold off yet again!

Thank you,
Ernie

Thank you for the quick response to this.

The patch seems to work. I'll likely hear back from this particular client this afternoon. I will apply the patch to other sites as I update them.

One question: how did you update the file without the cPanel credentials?

    Thank you,
    Ernie

    Hi Ernie,

I guess Lucky updated that file via eXtplorer component on your site.
