JA Image Hotspot bug

Hallo,
in last version 1.1.5 of module after clicking or hovering on an object, the property for "bg point-img" is set to "display: none" and the object disappears from the map:
(background-image: url ("/ images / joomlart / map / ico-vozickari-P23x32.png") height: 30px; width: 30px; font-size: 24px; line-height: 30px; transform: translate (0%, 0%); display: none😉.

I am using J3.9.8/ 3.9.10 and JA_simpli template.
Can you please advise me on how to remove this bug?

aktorred Same here, the markers for the tooltips on my website vanish after I moused over them. Please see http://www.schlaufuxx.de/index.php. How can I have the markers stay visible?

saguaros Sorry the example is no longer valid. I downgraded to v1.1.4 yesterday because v1.1.5 didn't work.

I send printscreen from the test server (behind the firewall). Because I'm still using an older version of the web, I can't send a link.
The bug is also reflected in the basic Protostar template.

I can't replicate the same issue at my end, tested with both 1.1.4 and 1.1.5 versions.

Could you guys share the credentials of your site (URL + Admin + ftp account) via email: sales@joomlart.com ?

Sorry, it's not possible (ftp + admin). The bug is the same as at http://www.schlaufuxx.de/index.php.
After OnMousOver sets the javascript property of <span class = "bg point-img" ...> to "display: none".

It looks like that your site is using pretty old template as it's using Mootools which causes conflict with the jquery on your site now.

I will need to consult with our developer on this, give us more time.

Hi, thanks for the hint. Seems the problem is gone now. Checked my template as one of it's menu options comes with mootools as you've mentioned. Also, I can load jquery there as an option which is now activated. Or, your developers have done a good job. Don't know the reason exactly but the problem is solved. Thank you for your pro support!
